This course will be presenting the design approach to electronic circuits and systems; basic amplifier concepts; introduction to operational amplifiers and their applications;
P-N junction diodes characteristics and applications; bipolar junction transistors characteristics, DC biasing and AC analysis; operation of FET’s, DC biasing and AC analysis.
By the end of this course, you will be able to
- Analyze basic circuits involving basic amplifiers and op-amps.
- Explain the basic characteristics of semiconductor materials and pn junctions and analyze diode circuits.
- Analyze and design DC and small signal circuits using BJTs .
- Design and analyze DC and small signal circuits using FETs
